Key Responsibilities:
Site Measurement and Assessment:
Conduct detailed onsite measurements and assessments to gather accurate data for design projects.
Document existing conditions, utilities, and structures.
Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations during site visits.
Plan Review and Changes:
Collaborate with the homeowners, contractors and project managers to review and analyze project plans.
Facilitate plan changes and revisions as needed, ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
Keep accurate records of plan iterations.
Permitting Process:
Manage and coordinate the permitting process for design projects.
Prepare and submit permit applications to relevant authorities.
Track permit approvals and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Ongoing Construction Support:
Act as a liaison between the design team and construction team, addressing any design-related issues that may arise during construction.
Attend construction site meetings to ensure the design intent is maintained.
Assist in resolving any design-related challenges encountered during the construction phase.
Project Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including site assessment reports, plan revisions, and permitting records.
Organize and archive project files for future reference.
Communication and Collaboration:
