HR/AP position overview

Human Resources and Accounts Payable Position will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and Tracking Time Off Requests

  • Paying Sub Contractors and Vendors

  • Paying Credit Cards

  • Paying Bills

  • Paying Credit Accounts with trade partners (Dump Site Accounts, Material Vendors, Rental Companies etc.)

  • Employee and Subcontractor Onboarding/Offboarding

  • Benefit Management

  • Employee and Subcontractor Compliance 

  • Employee and Subcontractor File Documentation and Reporting

  • Recruiting

  • Tracking When Performance Reviews are Conducted and Documentation

  • Weekly Payroll

  • License Renewals (Local and State)

  • Insurance Renewal Notification and Tracking

  • Address any Time Clock Issue (Out of bound clock in, no clock in etc.)
