Pick up the phone start calling businesses ask them for referrals within the Napa county sonoma county Solano county and Marin county. you can also search through social media for people that live within these areas comment on their profiles. Send the messages ask for referrals ask for anyone they know is looking for any construction work or design work. You can reach out to previous clients or anyone we've ever sent an estimate out to.

You can use Google Maps to look for business data, we work with anyone that needs construction or design service, but most specially Builder / construction companies, and Designer / Architect companies.


Step 1: Go to https://www.google.com/maps

Step 2: Search for companies around 50-mile radius of Napa, Sonoma, Marin & Solano

Step 3: Look for the company name, industry, contact details

Step 4: Add them to your CRM (Spreadsheet, Excel)

Step 5: Cold call them using your dialer (Ringcentral)

Step 6: Interested or not about our service, ask them for a referral and for their email if it’s ok to send updates about our services, just in case in the future.

MOJO lead generation

Mojo is a 3rd party dialer and CRM but can also be used as a lead generating tool called Premium Neighborhood Search, where it will search for all Homeowner’s address, name, contact info. Residential construction is our main focus, I highly advise you to focus more of your time here.

Step 1: Open Mojo, and log in (Please refer to the admin for log ins)
Step 2: Click Neighborhood Search (Napa, Sonoma, Marin & Solano)

Step 3: Click where you want to search via pinning it to the map.

Step 4: Put the desired Radius where Mojo will search.

Step 5: Save all data gathered to a folder you created in Mojo to store all your Searched (you can edit the folder’s name later, and move it around where you want to put it)

Step 6: Click the folder
Step 7: Start Dialing using that folder
Step 8: Start getting the homeowners interest, and close the sale.

Social media such as facebook, instagram, and LinkedIn are also a good platform on how to search clients for us.
