Client Rough Inspection walkthrough
Responsibility
The Superintendent is responsible for conducting the walkthrough, addressing client questions, and documenting any changes or concerns.
The Superintendent will coordinate with relevant tradespeople to ensure all installations are correctly placed and accessible for client inspection.
Timing
The Rough Trades Client Walkthrough should be conducted after all rough-in work (framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC) is complete but before insulation and drywall installation.
